Muzaffarabd, (Parliament Times): The Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Islamic Front Bilal Ahmad Baigh has paid glowing tributes to the great struggle and sacrifice of renowned Kashmiri freedom and senior commander of Islamic Front Sajjad Ahmad Kenu on his 27th martyrdom anniversary
In a press statement Bilal Baigh said he said that Sajjad was a great leader who sacrificed his life to nourish the freedom struggle in Kashmir. Shaheed Sajjad was a symbol of courage, fearlessness and resistance against the Indian Occupation forces,he said.
The IF Chairman said that torture cells, jails, and other method of oppression could not deter Kenu’s from his way and he continued the freedom struggle firmly till his martyrdom. He had to shown to sacrifice for Islam and Azadi and he did that on 8th January 1996, he was martyred. Bilal Baigh while paying the glowing tributes to Shaheed Sajad and other martyrs said that Mujahideen will continued his mission and India cannot succeed in his designs to cruch or stop freedom struggle of Kashmiris . India will be forced to end his illegal occupation on Jammu and Kashmirm, chairman of Islamic Front said.
