INTRODUCTION: The story of this disease( COVID 19)which was began in China in the end of 2019, and spreaed globally within a few weeks . As we see, it was direct attack on human mental health and many mental disorders which were forcing people to act something wierd ,like the attempts of suicides and it lead to increase in suicide rates in all over the world. Specially, in Asia the most affected countries, china , Pakistan, India, Bangladesh were facing the such increasing cases and attempts , but they had not any proper solution to help the people with the medical health cares , beacuse it was big disaster creating the phenomenon of fear and depression that’s why the doctors their selves only were instructing people to quarantine themselves without any guidelines to handle the situations . Anxiety and stress were increasing in infected people beacuse it was proving fatal to the doctors as well as, many doctors have been died by COVID 19 ,that’s why mental disorders were reducing courage in young people and fear was damaging the hope of aged people. An International COVID 19 prevention research collaboration was monitoring the suicide cases, Reported that COVID 19 is main cause of suicides affecting globally in this year. PHYCOLOGICAL IMPACT, CAUSES AND RATIO: The all studies were showing clearly that psychiatric disorders in general group of population is the effect of COVID.In China 53% of 1210 respondent rates of psychological impact , 16.5% reported moderate severe as depressive symptoms, 28.1% reported severe under the anxiety symptoms .Survey performed that including 52730 people in China during the COVID 19 found had psychological distress.Kaiser family Foundation survey resulted 45% adults with negative mental health in USA due to worry and stress over the coronavirus. Many post have been uploaded on social media in China in 20 January 2020 and the authors were observed including the negative emotions , anxiety , depression and anger rose. And there were no positive emotions satisfaction on social media . During this phenomenon the anxiety and stress were at high level and sleep quality was low . People of 2o to 40 age were mentally unfit under the stress and anxiety. Symptoms of Sleep abnormalities 31.5% ,21% 18% respectively, this study shows sleep quality was poor among the occupational groups. Mental health care professional reported 34% insomnia , 45% anxiety, 71% distress in people of China. Psychological impact of COVID epidemic in individuals moods and anxiety disorders, worries about physical health , anger ,implusivity and suicidal ideation were significantly higher in the psychiatric patients then In healthy control. Probably alcohol consumption increase during COVID crises, According market research, US alcohol rose sales 55% in week of ending march 2020 and online alcohol sales jumped with high percentage. Multiple cases of COVID related suicides in Uk , USA , Germany, Italy , Bangladesh, Pakistan, India and others countries have been reported in mass media and psychiatric litreture. 19 waitress died in England in the hospital with suicidal attempt due to mental impacts and isolation. 66 years old man patient of throat cancer hanged in New York city hospital after testing positive COVID. A man in illusion who feared contracted corona shot his girlfriend and himself and they tested negative coronavirus. A 36 years Bangladeshi man killed himself in the village he thought that he was effected in virus due to feel cold and fever symptoms , he was also tested negative of COVID. A 49 years old head of emergency department died by suicide to telling his family that he was witnessed of a female died by suffering virus Infront of him. There is huge crease class of suicide prevention hotlines in the USA during the current epidemic COVID 19. SUMMARY: In summary , studies indicate that the COVID 19 pandemic is associated with distress , anxiety, fear of contagion, depression and insomnia in the general population. Health care professional are especially distressed
