And in this regard, when Bahria University was informed, the university said that if this is the case, students should not bring their own car or motorcycle, whereas in HEC law, students will be given all the facilities to make a university in which Parking is also included. In this regard, Sohail Fatima Advocate filed a writ in the Islamabad High Court and laid down the law that the university is bound to provide parking, which was rejected saying that the problem of parking is for the whole of Islamabad. Advocate Sohail Fatima pleaded that in view of the daily happenings, Education Minister, IG Islamabad, CDA, and HEC should take notice and direct Bahria University to arrange parking for students or their rides.
