Islamabad, (Parliament Times) : Score of parents and guardians students have strongly prosted over the closure of government girls primary school located in gujar Khan teshil of Rawalpindi which has reportedly deprived six hundred of females students of the opportunity of females students of the opportunity of acquiring afford education the school was closed some two year ago on the pretext of merging in to a high school however this step by the government authorities has attracted strongly blacklash in sanghori area of gujar Khan district Rawalpindi where this school is located in this regard parents of six hundred of students who have been attected by the school coloure have been gathering at caption sarwar Shaheed road in protest again the school continued closure speaking on the occasion the protestor on Thursday said that school was provided education to six hundred of femals children mostly belonging to poor families who could not afford getting their children admitted at private school the protestor have written to provincial government high ups including Punjab chief minister for the reporting of the school the protestor also demanded of commissioner Rawalpindi deputy commissioner Rawalpindi and the chief exetive officer ceo district education authority Rawalpindi to address the issue at the earlier and take steps for reponing the school this is the only government school in the area the provided education to students it has been shut down I have on option but to get my five private school but I cannot afford the fee deplored amir Khan one of the protestor calling upon the government authorities to open the school I am a poor labourer with a daily income of 800 rupees and can,t afford to send my daugter to a private school for education he added
