Quetta, (Parliament Times) : Central Vice President Balochistan Awami Party Senator Samina Mumtaz Zehri has congratulated the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff General Sahir Shamshad Mirza and Chief of Army Staff General Asim Munir on assuming new responsibilities. While congratulating the chiefs, she expressed well wishes for their new responsibilities in her congratulatory message and said that the new appointments in the Pakistan Army are a good omen and a good move for the country. The Pakistan Army has always played an important role for the security and stability of the country’s institutions and in the future, continuing this continuity, the Pakistan Army will carry out its responsibilities in an efficient manner and there is no harm to the country’s security and interests.
She said that national defense is in invincible and very safe hands. General Sahir Shamshad Mirza and General Asim Munir are brave and proud officers of Pakistan Army and their lives are decorated with services and achievements for the country. She said that General Sahir Shamshad Mirza and General Asim Munir are known as very courageous and principled officers in Pakistan Army and their appointment as Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff and Chief of Army Staff is very welcome for Pakistan. She also said that it is a matter of pride that the Pakistan Army is considered among the best forces in the world, which are proud of their great military professional traditions. Professional skills and bravery of Pakistan Army have been recognized by the great generals of the world. After the India-Pakistan war, the books written in this regard all over the world have openly praised the professionalism and war tactics of the Pakistani army. The Indian Generals have also acknowledged the professionalism and bravery of the Pakistani forces.
Senator Samina Mumtaz Zahri while paying tribute said that the officers and soldiers of the Pakistan Army have always performed their duties in a very good manner and convinced the enemy with their fear and arrogance that the Pakistan Army and the nation will be one against the enemies and are on the page and the enemies who are looking at the homeland with a lazy eye will not be allowed to succeed and whoever will collide with us will be destroyed. With Pakistan’s security, development, defense and the whole of Pakistan was and will be one against all external aggression. Pakistan is a peaceful country and has always spoken of peace in the world. Pakistan forces have shown the world on several occasions that pacifism is not our weakness and the Pakistani nation should not be considered weak and when the enemy made any campaign against the integrity of Pakistan, the Pakistani nation and the brave Pakistani forces always gave them a befitting reply and he assured that if anyone looks at the motherland with a careless eye, will be made a lesson.
She said that under the passionate leadership of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff General Sahir Shamshad Mirza and Chief of Army Staff General Asim Munir, the people of Pakistan, especially Balochistan, are with the Pakistani forces for peace and order and rapid development and will not hesitate to make any sacrifice for this purpose.
