Islamabad, (Parliament Times) : President Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry, has said that after effectively highlighting the Kashmir issue in America, he will soon visit the United Kingdom and Europe to expose the Indian atrocities and it’s nefarious designs in the region.
He expressed these views while talking to a delegation led by Raja Najabat Hussain, that called on him here today.
While referring to the worsening situation in the Indian occupied Kashmir, he said that Kashmiris living all over the world should rise above their political and social affiliations and get ready to raise the issue of Kashmir at the global level.
President Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry on the occasion congratulated Raja Najabat Hussain for being nominated by the Government of Pakistan for the Civil Award of Satara Imtiaz for his services to the Kashmir cause and Pakistan at the international level.
Barrister Chaudhry further said that human rights were being violated on a large scale in Occupied Kashmir. The president said that the AJK government would leave no stone unturned to expose India’s ugly face and it’s nefarious designs before the world and shall continue our efforts to raise the voices against the ongoing Indian atrocities in Occupied Kashmir.
Referring to the International Day against Violence against Women, he said Kashmiri women can raise their voices on every forum against the ongoing cruelty and brutality.
On this occasion, Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Right to Self-Determination Movement, Raja Najabat Hussain, gave a detailed briefing to the President and said that his organisation would organize different programs on the occasion of International Human Rights Day to seek world attention towards the simmering situation in the Indian held Kashmir.
” Human Rights Week, will be celebrated to draw world attention towards the grass human rights violations in Kashmir”, Raja Najabat said. He also invited the president to inaugurate the Human Rights Week that starting from December 10.
Chairman of the Kashmir Self-Determination Movement, also informed the President about his efforts to highlight the issue of Kashmir in the United Kingdom. He also invited the President of the State to visit the United Kingdom. Raja Najabat congratulated the President on his successful visit to the United States.
