JKDFF pays tribute to Jammu Martyrs

Paris, (Parliament Times): Tributes were paid to the martyrs of Jammu and Kashmir at a meeting in Paris, the capital of France, and their commitment to fulfill their mission was reiterated. The Jammu and Kashmir diaspora under the banner of Jammu Kashmir Democratic Forum France (JKDFF) and the Pakistani community paid rich tributes to the martyrs of 6 November 1947. The speakers resolved that since the the partition of the subcontinent Kashmir’s struggle for their right to self-determination continues , they vowed not to budge an inch from their mission and the world will have to finally recognize Kashmiri peoples struggle for their inalienable right to self-determination.

The speakers called the Modi government responsible for gross human rights violations in Occupied Kashmir and strongly appealed to the human rights organizations of the world to use their influence to stop Indian atrocities in Kashmir. The speakers appealed to the United Nations and the powerful countries of the world to play their effective role in resolving the Kashmir issue according to the resolutions of the Security Council and to organize a referendum on the rights of the Kashmiri people so that Kashmiris can decide their future by exercising their right to vote.Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Forum France Chairman Sardar Akhlaq presided over the event, Chaudhry Maqsood also accompanied him. The speakers included JKDFF president Asif Jarral, Ali Chaudhry, Vice President Faraz Ahmed , Sardar Adnan of JKLF and many others. At the end , prayers were also offered for the martyrs.
