Lahore: Chief Minister Punjab Chaudhry Parvez Elahi has said that Eid Milad-ul-Nabi celebrations were officially celebrated with devotion, respect and religious enthusiasm throughout Punjab and special events were organized in every district to mark this special day.
On the occasion of Eid Milad-ul-Nabi, different programs were organized and the best facilities were provided to the participants of the Milad gatherings and processions, he said. Fool-proof security arrangements were made and the law enforcement agencies remained fully alert. He concluded that all possible measures were taken to improve public order in the province.
