    Chairman of Swieiqi United Cricket Club & MPs carried out opening ceremony of charity event

    Malta [Parliament Times] : Khurram Khan, the Chairman of Swieiqi United Cricket Club, and the MPs carried out the opening ceremony of the charity event. This tournament aimed to support Pakistan in this difficult time. Khurram Khan appeals to the people to participate in this charity event and make it successful so that we can help our brothers and sisters in their hard times.

    The event went successful, Swieqi united cricket club and 17 other cricket clubs played a charity match in aid of people impacted by the flood in Pakistan.  Commenting on the match, Hon. Ivan Castillo MP, Hon. Graham Bencini MP said: “Cricket is a great game that results amazing in raised funds. All players and individuals involved in Charity Event felt privileged to be involved and to support such a worthy cause.
