The 20-year long resistance of Taliban to takeover the Islamic Emirate Afghanistan created a bloody history, where many foreign journalists,who had gone there to analyse the situations, including Afghan civilians were killed by Taliban fighters. Currently, diplomacy of Afghanistan between international countries seems just as a dream because Taliban seem incompetent to maintain the rules and regulation according to international law.Hence, the bloody and lethal terrorist attacks are taking place in Afghanistan and the silence of international countries on the basis of diplomacy appears that the Afghanistan is not in the chapter of diplomatic countries of the world. The presence of the high profile leader of Al Qaeda-Ayman al-Zawahiri- in Kabul, further broke the faith of the world from Taliban regime in Afghanistan. It was hoped that if the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the American’s secret agency, had not seen Zawahiri in Kabul so the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan might have been in the chapter of world diplomacy today. Similarly, American droon killed Zawahiri in Kabul and just after the killing of Zawahiri at his balcony in Kabul America refused to release 3.5 billion in frozen Afghan funds because America never wants its anti-movement elements to live in those countries where its debts relation is concerned and linked.In a current statement, Maulvi Amir Khan Muttaqi; the incumbent foreign minister of the interim government of Islamic Emirate Afghanistan said government would establish its relations with the global partners according to the guiding principles of Shariah. Similarly, even if the United Nations (UN) has condemned the imposition of ban on girls education and asked Taliban to reopen educational institutions of girls; but still Taliban’s disallowance of girls toward getting higher education continues the same. If the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan wants to join the diplomacy-based relations of countries then it must admit the rule and regulations of UN charter, if not then joining world’s diplomacy is nothing more than a closed-eyes dream. Taliban must remove the imposition of bans on girls education, working of women, accept what UN charter says and respect it and stop the terrorist organisations like: Al Qaeda, IS and TTP to use Afghan land for their terror activities so that they are trusted that they want to maintain peace and make relation with world.
