Upcoming International Conference help in resolution of Kashmir issue: Awais Kiyani

Calgary – UK PNP Leader Awais Kiyani said that the upcoming International Conference will help in the resolution of the Kashmir issue and protection of the rights of Kashmiris. It is pertinent to mention that the international conference organized by Muttahida Kashmir Peoples National Party will take place on 17 September in Islamabad. In his statement, Mr Kiyani said that the conference will be attended by progressive leaders from Kashmir and Pakistan, human rights workers, and leaders as well as workers from Muttahida Kashmir Peoples National Party. He further added that India paved the way to occupy parts of
Kashmir on August 5, 2019, and now it is trying to declare Gilgit Baltistan as a province while dividing Azad Kashmir through the 15th Amendment. He said that the Kashmir issue
has not only affected the people of Kashmir but Pakistanis as well. He added that if Pakistan maintains friendly terms with the neighboring nations, it will save billions of rupees budget
spent in the name of defense, and the same can be used for better education, medical facilities, and development projects in Pakistan.
