Series of lights like stars were seen in the sky tonight September 8, 2020, in my village. The scene lasted for not more than 4 minutes. They went from one side to another. It surprised many people and put their minds in curiosity. Some believed they were stars others said they were aliens and a few were declaring that it was a miracle while several critics alleged the fact that it was a conspiracy against Pakistan to control clouds and pour more rainfall in the country. Like others, I was also very anxious to solve the mystery and know what was the reality of strings of lights. The Internet told me those lights are Starlink Satellites launched by spaceX and they were to help reach the internet to all areas. Starlink satellites have been seen and reported from different countries at different times. They are more than a thousand in space and their number will be almost three thousand scattered in space. These satellites are 60 times closer to earth than regular satellites. Many cybercitizens took pictures and made videos of the satellites. As they don’t have their light so they are seen when the sunlight hit them. Experts say that they will increase the collisions in space as there is already a lot of space debris there. To recapitulate, spotting unknown objects in the sky is incredible and it brings into mind the fact that there is so much to know.
