Human Rights are women rights and women right are human rights” (Hillary Clinton) Rights are fundamental normative that what is owed to people.Women rights are mean privileges and freedom equal to those of men. Women rights refer to the fundamental rights in the political, economic, civil, social and cultural spheres.Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan provides equal rights and the chapter on Principles of Policy underlines the principle of equal rights and equal treatment to all citizens/ persons, without any distinction including on the basis of sex.Articles 25(3) and 26(2) allow the state to make special provisions for the protection of women and children.Article 26 & 27 provide for equal access to public places and equality of employment in the public and private sector.Islam before 14 hundred years ago bestow these basic rights which at present had issued by (UDHR) United Declaration Human Rights.In Islam there is absolutely no difference between men and women as far as their relationship to Allah is concerned, as both are promised the same reward for good conduct and the same punishment for evil conduct.Before Islam women were considered only sexual pleasure and they were not considered as a human being.When children were in Arabs if they were male they gave them life if they were female they bury them alive.Means there is no respect of women in Arabs note that before Islam. After Islam It would not wrong to say that islam gives women high rank because the first person to embrace Islam was a woman named Khadija (ra) and the greatest scholar of Islam was a woman named Aisha (ra).The person who loved the Prophet (saw) the most was a woman named Fatima (ra) his daughter.Islam is vast religion and pledge freedom women such as in business,education and all fundamental rights.
