Life imprisonment to Yasin Malik is prejudiced against justice: APHCAJK leader
Islamabad, (Parliament Times) : APHCAJK leader Syed Aijaz Rehmani exressing serious conern over the conviction and life imprisonment of JKLF chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik, by the Special Court of the National Investigation Agency in Delhi on the basis of false and politically motivated charges said that the sentence is unfair and against the fundamental principles of justice
He said that the decision had exposed the Indian mindset towards Kashmir. adding that such oppressive measures could not weaken the resolve of the people of the Indian Illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir and they would continue their struggle
He said Yasin Malik is a courageous leader Kashmir and through his imprisonment the Indian government cannot deter the resolve of the people of Kashmir and urged international human rights and the United Nations to take serious note of the Indian oppressive and apartheid policies against Kashmir.
