Islamabad/ MIRPUR (AJK), (Parliament Times) : President Azad Jammu and Kashmir Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry left for the United Kingdom on a 10-day visit on Sunday.
During his visit, Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry is scheduled to attend various important events in which he would raise the worsening human rights situation in the Indian occupied Kashmir, unjust JKLF chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik’s unjust sentencing by an Indian court and other issues.
The AJK President would also brief British Parliament, the European and the Irish Parliaments about the the rising incidents of state-sponsored-violence in Indian occupied territory and life punishment of Yasin Malik.
President will also address various gatherings being organized by the Kashmiri Diaspora community at different places. It is worth recalling here that the president will bear all expenses of his visit personally.
