Poet of the East says ! You are a mystery, be clear to your eyes. ‘Be the secret of the self, be the translator of God – Lust has torn mankind to pieces’ Be the expression of brotherhood, be the language of love – If you knock on someone’s door in the middle of the night, how can questions naturally arise in the minds of family members? There is also a law to arrest someone which if not enforced then you are deliberately inviting civil war.The first condition for the acceptance of any action is that one’s belief must be correct and one must have complete faith in the Oneness of God. The second condition for a good deed is that it should be done with sincerity and there should be no trace of hypocrisy in it. And the third condition is that it should be in accordance with the Sunnah. If even one of these three conditions is missing in the deed, then such deed is of no importance in the sight of Allah and such deed is in vain but a cause of calamity. In Islamic traditions, “intention” has been given much importance. It is a basic principle of Islam that it accepts every action with its intention and purpose. There is a famous hadith of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him):No action without inteac tion. This hadith expresses this fact.Intention is followed by sincerity. If it is, then the action is very important and valuable, otherwise it will have no value. Sincerity is that the motive of man should be free from all kinds of non-divine shaiba and it is called “Tawheed Niyyat”, meaning that only the pleasure of Allah should be kept in mind in every work. It is noteworthy that the verse in question is narrated about the glory of revelation: A man came to the service of the Prophet (SAW). He said: O Messenger of Allah! I spend in the way of God, I repay mercifully and perform these deeds only for Allah but when people talk about these deeds of mine and praise them I am happy. How are my deeds? The Messenger of Allah remained silent and did not say anything until this verse was revealed in which the question of this person was answered (that only he would be accepted by the court of Allah who will be played with perfect sincerity). There is no doubt that this tradition does not negate involuntary pleasure, but it does require that there should be no reason for people to praise or do something. In Islam, sincerity, pure action is so important that in a hadith, the Prophet of Islam (peace be upon him) said: Whoever performs his deeds for forty days for the sake of pure Allah, then Allah will release from his heart on his tongue the fountains of wisdom and wisdom.Lord! Purify our intention in all actions in such a way that we do not think for anyone other than you and do not take action for anyone other than you.And if you want someone other than you, it should be for your pleasure and because it is related to you. What do I have to prove in my case?If you are a plaintiff, you must prove that you owe money to the party you are suing. If you are a defendant, you must defend yourself against the plaintiff’s evidence and witnesses. If you are filing counter-claims against the plaintiff, you must prove that the plaintiff owes you the amount you are claiming that you owe in your counter-claims.
