TANK : Demanding immediate appointment of District Education Officer in the demonstration. Muhammad Shakeel President Tanzeem e Assatiza Tank, Muhammad Shoaib GS, Mueen u Din Saddar ATA Jandola, Anar Gul Sadar YTA , Farhat Ullah President ATA Tank, Ulfat Iqbal APCA, zahir Khan BTA, Najeeb Ullah Wahdat e Assatiza,Hanif Ullah President Class IV, APTA President Shahid Zaman and officials of other organizations addressing the participants said that the post of District Education Officer has been vacant for the last four months due to which the official affairs of the DEO have come to a standstill. Due to non-deployment, teachers have been facing delays in GP fund, pension cases, RBDC cases and other important issues due to which teachers are facing severe difficulties. But they are disappointed with the non-deployment of the DEO. He said that if our demand is not accepted then other protests including boycott of classes are under consideration for which An action plan is being developed.
