Islamabad, (Parliament Times) : Pakistan Peoples Party Azad Kashmir Secretary-General and Member Legislative Assembly Raja Faisal Mumtaz Rathore has said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) company in Azad Kashmir cannot last long as Prime Minister ridiculed the people of Azad Kashmir by buying his party members. He said Bilawal Bhutto’s becoming Foreign Minister was a good omen for Pakistan. He was speaking on the sidelines of an Iftar dinner hosted by him in honour of senior journalists yesterday.
On the occasion, Central Senior Vice President Pakistan Peoples Party Azad Kashmir and Member Legislature Assembly (MLA) Mian Abdul Waheed, Secretary Information and MLA Sardar Javed Ayub, Additional Secretary General and MLA Javed Iqbal Badhanvi, Deputy Secretary-General and MLA Chaudhry Qasim Majeed, Central Deputy Secretary Information Syed Azadar Hussain Kazmi, Member Kashmir Council Khawaja Tariq Saeed, President Pakistan Peoples Party Azad Kashmir Punjab Zone Chaudhry Fakhrul Zaman, Central Chief Organizer People’s Youth Organization Azad Kashmir Anis Awan, Director Noble International Real Estate Waqar Hussain, Zafar Saeed and others were also present.
In a meeting, the political situation in Azad Kashmir and Pakistan, the change of government in Azad Kashmir and future strategy of the Tanveer Ilyas government and the future strategy of the opposition were discussed in detail. Faisal Rathore strongly denied the impression that behind the scenes PPP or Zardari House played a role in making Sardar Tanveer Ilyas the Prime Minister. He added that PTI was not an ideological party and it had nothing to do with politics. “It is a company whose shares are offered for sale every few months. After Jahangir Tareen and Aleem Khan, Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan is a new ATM of Imran Khan,” he said. He further added that the appointment of Bilawal Bhutto as Foreign Minister was a good omen for Pakistan as he would restore the image of Pakistan in the world
