Voice is one of the many blessings bestowed by nature, and the poets have used the words of the sarcastic voice in their poetry. This invaluable gift of nature entertains us with harmful waves through our ears, and we enjoy this environment. The Allah Almighty has placed in human beings the ability to hear to a certain extent. Still, when this sound exceeds the limit, it becomes noisy.According to experts, loud noises that exceed the limits of the ears, the unwanted sounds, do not please the ears. And create feelings of anxiety and dislike and begin to affect human health, called noise pollution. Noise affects our health besides hearing, and strange noise harms human health.Earlier noise or noise pollution was a problem in big cities and towns. Still, it has become a problem in villages and hamlets as scientific instruments like tractors, loudspeakers, musical instruments, generators, etc., have also taken place. “noise pollution” has become a significant problem in the present era, causing any damages. Air noise, traffic, listening to loud music for a long time, industrial noise, and other noise pollution are counted. According to experts, noise pollution is increasing rapidly worldwide, and adults, children, young and old face this dangerous disease. Problems such as hearing and stress are increasing rapidly due to noise pollution. According to health experts, the hearing capacity of a human being is up to 20,000 (Hz), but if its number increases, then the human being may lose hearing. After air pollution, noise is affecting human health the most today. The noise is the most annoying traffic noise, and this noise is causing a massive increase in strokes and heart diseases. According to the World Health Organization, every third person in European countries suffers from various health problems due to traffic noise. Better urban planning and road design can reduce noise from highways and other urban factors. The Roadway noise can be reduced by restricting heavy vehicles, improving tire design, and traffic control.According to a study, noise increases the risk of heart disease by 50%, and noise pollution also increases obesity and sleep problems. If people experience noise during sleep, it increases the risk of high blood pressure and heart attack. People who live in noise suffer from other diseases and psychological problems. Noise causes irritability in human beings, proving to be a major cause of various mental illnesses. Workers who work in factories where there is a lot of noise complain of headaches, anxiety, and nausea.Defects in the immune system and congenital disabilities are also attributed to noise pollution. Noise pollution is harmful not only to humans but also to animals and the ecosystem. Dangers such as hearing and behavioral changes have been identified in pets such as cats and dogs in European countries. According to a recent survey, the noise rate in Karachi has risen sharply in the last ten years. According to experts, there are various sounds in Karachi, including pressure horns, the noise of music, the noise of trains, and the noise of dozens of generators running in every neighborhood, which have left people in constant mental anguish.
