Social media is a vital source for enhancing communication between friends and family. Many of us enjoy by connecting through social media. While, excessive use can fuel feelings of anxiety, depression, isolation and hyperaggression. In today’s world many of us rely on social media platforms such as facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and Instagram to connect with eachother. But it’s important to remember that social media can never be a replacement for realworld human connections. Lacking strong social connection can pose a serious risk to your mental health. We require in person contact to trigger the hormone which lowers the stress and make you feel happier. Spending too much time on social media can make you feel more lonely and isolated and increase mental health problems.If you are spending too much time on social media then it’s time to re-examine your habits and find a healthier balance.
