Balochistan is one of the most richest province of Pakistan. It is well known and populated province. If we have an glance to province balochistan, there residents are very concern with facing of divorce challenges.The challenges of its, are fragmented as like lack of career counselling, Unemployment, Poverty, Electricity crisis and so on. Ahead, without having career counselling it is certainly hard to find their enjoyable interests, and unemployment has become a jumbo problem for the residents. It makes the living town residents in “Woe gone” that always people of balochistan are left to griven. Poverty is the old and main challenge for its people. It has long-lasting impacts to them. As for, balochistan as the poorest of all provinces with 52 percent population living below poverty line. Poverty is the biggest problem because of voilence and illiteracy in the province. Same manner, Electricity crisis is the worst challenge for the residents of balochistan. For a long period people are suffering from electricity. The worst challenges in the province highlights worse conditions for its people. Balochistan needs a huge attention. Newly, it processes enormous industrial potentials in key sectors agriculture, livestock, fisheries and minerals.These provide the base for setting up a large number of profits. At the last, It request the government to take a serious action for balochistan immediately.
