Rawalpindi, (Parliament Times) : Chief Traffic Officer Rawalpindi inspects pickets at various places in the city for the safety of citizens during the ban on kite flying and Basant. Parents should also play their role for prevention of kite flying. Meanwhile, to curb crime, the CTO issued orders for an operation against the tinted windows of vehicles. And no excuses will be accepted. Chief Traffic Officer Rawalpindi Naveed Irshad said that playing with human lives for personal entertainment cannot be allowed. The ban on kite flying will be enforced in all cases. Protectecting from killer strings ,The district police is cracking down on kite-flyers through digital monitoring while the traffic police have set up pickets at overhead bridges and other places to control speed so that motorcyclists and road users can fly kites. .
