Islamabad: The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (Nepra) increased electriciy tariff by Rs 3.09 per unit on Friday.
According to the notification released by NEPRA, the tariff has been increased on account of fuel adjustment charges (FCA) for December 2021.
Notification further said Power distribution companies will charge the enhanced tariff to the consumers in the bills for February 2022. Hike in tariff will not be applicable to K-Electric consumers.
