ISLAMABAD, (Parliament Times) : Disciplinary committee has reinstated 21 PPP leaders who opposed party candidates and violated discipline in Azad Kashmir general elections 2021. An important meeting of the disciplinary committee was held at the residence of Chaudhry Pervez Ashraf on the direction of Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
In a meeting chaired by former Prime Minister Azad Kashmir Sardar Muhammad Yaqub Khan, former Advisor to the Prime Minister Chaudhry Riaz, Secretary General Faisal Rathore, Chaudhry Pervaiz Ashraf, Member Assembly Mian Abdul Waheed, Deputy Secretary Information Syed Azad Kazmi, while hearing the show cause notices, called for their reinstatement.
Those who have been rehabilitated include Sardar Abid Hussain Abid, Sardar Asif Azam, Sardar Ajmal, Noshin Advocate, Raees Sarwar, Afraz Mustafa, Sardar Aki, Aslam Gujjar, Umar Sagar, Syed Zulfiqar Advocate, Syed Ejaz Shah Advocate, Arif Panagvi, Dr. Amjad Rashid, Mohammad Zaman Jangi and Mubashir Ijaz. Syed Shehzad Kazmi, Muhammad Ali Rathore, Farhat Kazmi, Sardar Absharat Kifayat, Naseer Abbasi and Nisar Abbasi have withdrawn their show cause notices after listening to their objections on telephone.
He also directed to promote PPP, propagate Bhuttoism and continue to play an active and dynamic role for the party.
