Personality refers to individual differences in characteristic patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving. The study of personality focuses on two broad areas. One is understanding individual differences in particular personality characteristics. Both of them are rough diamond. Personality, a characteristic way of thinking, feeling, and behaving. It embraces moods, attitudes, and opinions and is most clearly expressed in interactions with other people. It includes behavioral characteristics, both inherent and acquired, that distinguish one person from another and that can be observed in people’s relations to the environment and to the social group. Some personalities affect the around pivotal to focus on lifting the souls scattered all corners to whom I am one. Well-known people and great personalities who have been supportive and helpful to many people who are doing a better job than others. They are non other than “SIR SUDHIR LUQMAN AND SIR QADEER LUQMAN”. Both brothers have been supportive for everyone including me to whom I m very much thankful. Sir Sudhir Luqman has been imparting education to the people of Kech specially Turbat vide his institution Bolan Grammar School which is a competing one. It has been established since 2008 and runs as English Language center in the evening covering the professional skills and institutional behaviour. Sir Qadeer Luqman, having two Masters degree, Gold Medalist in both of them, Social Work and Balochi, serves in Social Welfare, Human Rights, Literacy, No -Formal and Special Education Department, Government of Balochistan as Deputy Director, has been very supportive to the youth of Kech and other districts contributing in Technical Education, brought and included many courses. Apart from them, he is a story -writer, poet, translator, and interpreter of Balochi language to others and vise versa. Both brothers are charms of their family and of the society simultaneously.
