Lahore: The Federal Interior Ministry has issued instructions to all the four provinces, including Azad Kashmir (AJK) and Gilgit-Baltistan (GB), to make extraordinary security arrangements after the incident at Anar Kali Bazar Lahore.
On the directive of Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid, the Interior Ministry, while issuing a letter to all Chief Secretaries, DGs Rangers, Commander Frontier Constabulary and IGs, said that in view of the recent terrorist attack in Anar Kali Bazaar Lahore and the threats posed by the activities of anti-state elements, the governments of all the provinces and special areas, and law enforcement agencies should make extraordinary arrangements to deal with any situation regarding security.
Security is already on high alert across the province, including Lahore, following the bomb blast at Anar Kali Bazaar.
