Mirpur,(Parliament Times) : Azad Kashmir welfare organization Kashmir Orphan Relief Trust (KORT) has started large scale initiatives in the field of education at the state level.
According to media report, the primary school building in Mirpur district has been constructed and handed over to the government.
The inauguration of the primary school building constructed with the help of the KORT in Kharak area of Mirpur district was handed over to the government by Chairman Court Chaudhry Akhtar on this occasion.
“The KORT is committed to illuminating the future of our children and we want our children to be educated in a very good environment,” said Chairman KORT. We want to transform government-run primary school buildings across Azad Kashmir into ideal institutions by constructing and renovating them, he added.
Chaudhry Mohammad Akhtar added that Naqah Primary School is part of our project under “Education for All”.
He further said that “we will strive to repair or renovate the school building to provide a sustainable and high quality environment for the educational and social upbringing of the nation. We are grateful to our generous donors,” he added.
