Four professional graduate engineers of engineering cadre promoted to Grade 20

Islamabad, (Dr. Mirza MB Qamar): Pakistan State Television has promoted four Professional Engineers to the post of Controller Engineering positions.

General Secretary PTV Graduate Engineers Association Engr.Faisal Hayat Thanks for the promotion as PTVC Management resumes promotion.

The four professional graduate engineers of the engineering cadre were promoted to Grade 20 and made Controller of Engineering. The promoted engineers officers include Engr. Zulfiqar Baba Khel posted as Executive Engineering Manager PTV NeWs . Engr.Jangzeb Tanoli posted as Controller Engineering PTV Training Academy Engr.Muhammad Iqbal posted as Controller Satellite communication and Engr. Mudassar Durrani has been posted as Controller Engineering PTV Center Peshawar.

Earlier, the promotion of the officers was approved by MDPTV Amir Manzoor. In this regard, the PTV Selection Board had recommended these four officers for promotion. Promotion selection board comprises of Chief HR Officer Tahir Mushtaq, Director Admin & Personnel Saifullah Shahid, Director Engineering Arif Noor, Director Finance Jamil Zaidi, GM Security and Corporate Administration Col (R) Colonel Nadeem Niazi.
MD PTVC Mr. Amir Manzoor and Chief Human Resources Officer Tahir Mushtaq along with all the Directors distributed promotion letters among the four officers promoted to promotes in Engineering Department and also presented a bouquet of flowers by PTV Management.

Engr.Faisal Hayat, General Secretary and Engr.Qaiser Khan President PTV Graduate Engineers Association issued a combine statement by congratulating the professional Engineers as Controller Engineers and hoped that PTV management will complete the remaining promotions soon which include engineering and other cadres. Moreover he added That MD PTVC PTVC l his team have transformed the organization from a difficult situation into a profitable one , and its hope that its benefits will reach the employees, which has already begun. Management already started promotions from group 1 to 9 , imitated the process of recruitment of children of deceased employees, extended the contract employees of contractual employees in December, approved the qualification pay for eligibles and started taking measures on improvement of medical facilities for employees.

Further more he said that The PTV Graduate Engineers Association and the PTV Union have full confidence on the management and we will continue to work for the welfare of the employees and the betterment of the organization with this management.
