LAHORE: According to Shahid Rehmat, Executive Director Youth Development Foundation (YDF), the preparations for the Interfaith Christmas celeberations to be organized at Lahore on Dec 21 by Youth Development Foundation had been finalized. Officials of Punjab Department of Human Rights and Minority Affairs, Omar Hayat representatives of YDF Alumni Parliamentarians Civil Society representatives belonging to different religions, childrens will participate. Shahid Rehmat said that a special Christmas tree will also be decorated for Christmas celebrations. He said that the highlight of the event is that Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, and people belonging to other religions would decorate the YDF Alumni Christmas Tree and host Christian Fellows. The participants will promote the message of peace, love and unity for the whole world on the eve of Christmas, he added.
