7th anniversary of tragic incident of APS: Enemy can not demoralise Pakistani nation : PM

ISLAMABAD:    The seventh anniversary of the tragic incident of deadly school attack terrorist on Army Public School Peshawar was observed Thursday. .
One hundred forty-seven people, including students and teachers were martyred in the terrorist attack on Dec 16 2014.. Six terrorists affiliated with Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) had stormed the School and martyred one hundred and forty-seven students and teachers

Prime Minister Imran Khan, in his message on the seventh anniversary of Army Public School’s tragic incident, has said ” I assure the entire nation the enemy can not demoralise Pakistani nation.

“December 16, reminds us of those valiant teachers of Army Public School who stood like iron wall in front of enemy for the safety and protection of their students, he added.

He went on to say the time has proved that doubtlessly terrorism has not no religion or nation. There is cowardly mindset behind it. It can use unarmed children to fulfil their nefarious designs. However the sacrifices rendered by the martyres of Army Public School did not go in vain.
Following this tragic incident, the nation was not demoralized and instead their morale boosted. The entire nation became united. We struck the dens of the enemy under National Action Plan.

He urged the nation to stay firmly united against the elements trying to spread discord and prejudice on sectarian, religious and ethnic lines.
