Balochistan Cabinet regularizes 1493 teachers of Provincial Education Project


Quetta,   (Parliament Times) : Through the efforts of Honorable Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Abdul Quddus Bazinjo, and Minister Education Mir Naseebullah Marri the cabinet approved the regularisation of 1493 teachers hired under Balochistan Education Project funded by Global Partnership for Education. In order to materialise the approval of cabinet, under the chairmanship of Provincial Secretary Secondary Education Abdul Rauf Baloch, a stakeholder meeting was conducted; wherein, the final appointment orders were issued today. Talking to stakeholders the Secretary Education Abdul Rauf Baloch expressed his gratitude to the Chief Minister Balochistan and Minister for Education for their enduring efforts toward the regularisation of these teachers. He congratulated the teachers and their families while stressing upon the need to perform regular duties with zeal and enthusiasm, so their professional training could be utilised for ensuring access to quality education in the province. The Secretary further thanked all the relevant departments and personnel playing key role for expedite the process including Services & General Administration Department, Finance Department, Law Department and the personnel of Secondary Education Department, Principal Secretary Asfand Yar Khan, Special Secretary Secondary Education Muhammad Hayat Kakar, Additional Secretary (Dev) Samiullah Kakar, Deputy Secretary (Dev) Bashir Ahmed Buzdar, Deputy Focal Person Abdul Khaliq and Abdul Manna Shahwani. He also praised the efforts of Project Management Unit to implement Balochistan Education Project successfully.
