9 succumbs to COVID-19, 637 tested positive in last 24 hours

ISLAMABAD:   As many as 9 people lost lives while 637 were reported positive due to corona virus in the last 24 hours in the country.
The latest National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) data said 48882 corona tests were conducted in the last 24 hours of which 637 came out positive.
Total number of positive cases have climbed to the level of 1,278,751
Positivity ratio stands at 1.3 percent.

As per province wise details 472,925 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Sindh, 441,493 in Punjab 178,846 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 107,223 in Islamabad, 34,498 in Azad Kashmir 33,368 in Balochistan and 10,398 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

With current 9 deaths the tally of fatalities has soared to 28,575.

As many as 12,962 casualties have occurred due to the epidemic in Punjab, 7,599 in Sindh 5,782 in KP, 947 in Islamabad, 741 in Azad Kashmir, 358 in Balochistan, and 186 in GB so far.
At least 1,226,906 patients have recovered in the country while 1,156 patients are said to be in critical condition.
114,891,170 with 1,703,072 in the last 24 hours doses of corona vaccine have been administered so far in the country.
