QUETTA: Abdul Quddus Bizenjo has been elected as new Chief Minister (CM) Balochistan.
Bizenjo grabbed 39 votes while no candidate had filed nomination papers against him.
Abdul Quddus Bizenjo submitted five nomination papers which were declared valid by Secretary Assembly.
He has been elected unopposed as CM Balochistan and he has been elected CM for the second time in the history of the province.
Former CM Balochistan Jam Kamal did not attend the assembly session Friday.
Mir Abdul Qudoos Bezenjo is 17th CM of Balochistan. Earlier he has remained CM IN January 2018.
