The Taliban After talking back their lost Empire Announced their nearly formed Cabinet to run Governmental Affairs. They had been Assuring the world that they will form an Inclusive and pluralistic Government involving all factions of the society. Many Analysts And world leaders also accepted the mantra that the new Taliban Or sometimes termed as Taliban 2.0 are Not like the One’s in 1990’s. They are more pragmatic and prone to rationality because they choose table over Gun and Ended the 20 years long dispute using the Modus Operandi of peace rather than War. The Newly Announced Cabinet Marshalled by Mullah Hassan Akhund Contains Mullah Ghani Baradar as Deputy prime minister and Majority of members belonging to pashtun Community. This Pashtun dominated cabinet has sparked Resentment amongst the various factions, ethnicities and stakeholders. Their main Concerns include a share in Governmental And federal posts, Since they were also part of Resistance movement that freed their land from foreign Occupation. Although, the Taliban have denied the news of disintegration and rifts within their camp but the ground realities Suggests that they are in the midst of political quagmire. Mullah Yaqub the son of Mullah Umer and Siraj Uddin Haqqani the son of Jalal UddinHaqqani have locked horns for domination and reports claim that Mullah baradar was injured during a physical confrontation between the two factions. The international community and united states have also warned the insurgents to not recognize their government as it does not include women and is not pluralistic and inclusive in its entirety. The Taliban have also issued strict orders for women Undermining their basic rights of freedom and liberty. In real sense Taliban are no different than Their former Predecessors. They are worst than who they were in pre 9/11 Era. it is pertinent to mention here that Taliban’s regime in Afghanistan is not a legitimate one as it did not come through legitimate means, i.e. Elections or popular support from Masses. The Taliban are reluctant to induct the senior members from northern Alliance, Haqqani faction, And other Ethnicities like HazaraUzbeks,Tajiks, etc. They are planning to induct the second tear members from these factions in order to brand their government as broad based, inclusive and Multi ethnic One. this will also help in Fathoming Out the Riddles of Legitimacy and Getting Recognition from the World. Taliban leadership seems to be in a state of political deadlock. There is Ambiguity regarding the Supreme Leader and his Assistance in Governmental Affairs as he has not made any public Appearance Since the war on terror commenced. Moreover, Reports Claim that ISIS is also Embedded Within Taliban’s Columns Which is not a favorable sign for the dismantled group. Ostensibly there are Four factions that are in the race for key Governmental posts, faction is led by Mullah Ghani Baradar, The Second one is Headed by Siraj-U-dinHaqqani, the Third group Belongs Tajik Taliban and the fourth one to the Renowned Taliban of Quetta Shura. Besides these groups the people of Northern and western Afghanistan are Not part of the Cabinet that was Announced a Week Earlier. While the Country is Facing Existential Crisis, And Moribund Economic Situations it will be a Herculean task for the Taliban 2.o to Coup with These problems. in order to form an Inclusive, And broad based government they need to induct people from all Ethnicities , factions and groups. the world with out few Exceptional cases and International Community also needs Practical measures from Taliban and they too should do so in order to garner recognition for their regime .
