Live Consciously

“MAKE CONSCIOUS EFFORT TO LEAD A POSITIVE, SUCCESSFUL AND HAPPY LIFE” Living consciously is about the daily choices we make in life, moment by moment. It’s often the small, regular choices we make that add up to the biggest differences and account for our daily habits. Realizing we have the freedom to choose how we think and feel is an empowering realization. We have the power to change the world with our choices, thoughts and actions. Each of us can exercise our power to choose, to make decisions on an individual level and know that this has a ripple effect in the collective consciousness. So are we living human beings or machines? If one is conscious then one can train his brain and prepare it for success, joy and peace.Just as computers are made up of two essential parts: hardware and software so as human beings we have a brain (that works as hardware) and mind (that functions as the software). The brain is composed of hundred billion cells that interact and communicate using molecules called neurotransmitters. The secretion of these chemicals also known as neurotransmitters depends on our mind. It can be properly trained or programmed with some simple steps. Reason behind training the brain: Every person’s ABC (attitude, behavior and communication) and positive personality traits that result into success depend on how one his trained and mastered his/her own mind. How to train your mind? Here are some that will train your brain for conscious living: By learning new topics: Neurogenesis is the production or growth of brand new brain cells. When people learn, they may require the creation of new brain cells to form new pathways that becomes the memory and knowledge. In order to aid this process, always be curious and eager to learn like an innocent child. Use all your senses: To give your senses and your brain a workout, try doing activities that simultaneously engage all five of your senses. You could try baking a batch of cookies, visiting a farmer’s market, or trying a new restaurant while you focus on smelling, touching, tasting, seeing, and hearing all at the same time. Balance your emotions with logic: Whether you’re faced with a tough financial decision, or you’re experiencing a family dilemma, you’ll make your best decisions when you’re able to balance your emotions with logic. When your emotions are running high, take steps to increase your rational thinking. The best way to balance out your emotions is to create a list of the pros and cons of your choices. Reading over that list can help take some of the emotion out of the decision and equip you to make the best decisions. Positive conscious autosuggestion: Human mind broadly has two states one is conscious and other is unconscious. When we give positive affirmation like “I can” or “I will” consciously to the self then our mind guides the body to behave accordingly. Always feed or program the self with the positive thoughts consciously. Permit positive people only: Be a good observer and mindful. Do not allow others to programme you with the negative feedback and thoughts. The bottom line: Focusing on your brain health is one of the best things you can do to improve your concentration, focus, memory, and mental agility, no matter what age you are. By incorporating brain exercises into your everyday life, you’ll get to challenge your mind, sharpen your cognitive skills, and possibly learn something new and enriching along the way, too. “Your mind is a powerful force. Use it consciously.”
