Islamabad, (Parliament Times) : Joyland Ayub Park in Collaboration with the Ministry of Climate Change, will be planting over A thousand plants in the vicinity of Joyland Ayub Park Rawalpindi. This tree planation activity is to create social awareness in our employees and their families about how climate change is effecting us and how we need to become responsible. This initiative was take up by the management of Joyland to inculcate social responsibility in our own employees and families.
Joyland was delighted to welcome Ms. Rukhsana Naveed, ADC Rawalpindi Ms. Umbreen Gillani and would like to express our gratitude for taking out time to be part of our activity.
The activity would not have been possible without the coordination and help of Mr Malik Najam Coordinator Ministry of Climate change and Mr Rashid Minhas Coordinator Clean Green Pakistan, Ministry of Climate Change.
Mr. Abbas Asghar, Business Unit Head of the Joyland Ayub Park Rawalpindi, said, “We are delighted that we have a chance to help avert climate change and do our part for our nation, not only on an individual level but as a community too.”
MNA and Parliamentary Secretary Ms. Rukshana also spoke about the Plant4Pakistan and clean green Pakistan campaigns which are being conducted by the Government under the directives of the PM, Mr. Imran Khan, and emphasized on the importance of planting trees at this crucial point where our nation is being impacted by environment change such as GLOF and floods due to global warming, After the press conference the guests were taken to the tree plantation area, where employees with their families were planting trees, the Guests also planted saplings and afterwards took a round of the different facilities that Joyland Ayub Park offers, including the indoor theme park and a stop at The City Walk where different eateries like Liwan and Asia Hong entertained the guests All the COVID 19 SOP’S were being implemented to ensure everyone’s health is also safeguarded.
The park is operating with all SOP’S in place as Joyland wants to spread joy safely and wants everyone’s health to be taken care of which is why all the employees and their families have also been properly
