    Sugar Makes Us Fat And fat Invites Various Diseases

    According to new research, now in the world there are 13 percent population which are affected by fat. Usually we think that there is no disease tobe fat but actually fat is mother of diseases. It causes diseases like sugar, blood pressure, heart and diseases of kidney. There are multiple sources of fat. Firstly eating more sugar and soft drinks are responsible to increase sugar level of our body. Sugar is source carbohydrate which provide energy to us. If energy does not utilize surely it will store in the form of fat Secondly over eating is also cause of fat. Usually having eaten meal, we sleep that is harmful for our health. Now days there are one million men and three millions women are affected by fat. Conclusion is that we should avoid to eat oily, and unhealthy food. Because these are not only affected for our health but also for our beautification.
