Failed education system

Education system is totally fail in Pakistan. A great number of students fail to continue their further education because less opportunities are given to them, as lack of scholarships and high fee of universities stand between students and education like a mountain. However in 2010, the 18th Amendment in the constituation of Pakistan guarantees free and compulsory education for all 5 to 16 years old as a fundemental right via article 25 A, but there seems no action regarding this issue. Currently Pakistan has the world’s second-highest number of out-of-school children with an estimated 22.8 million age 5-16 are not attending school. The government needs to act constitutionally to solve this problem.
