ISLAMABAD: 17 people passed away while 1517 tested positive due to corona virus during the last 24 hours in the country
As per latest data by the NCOC, 46,287 COVID-19 tests were conducted across the country in the last 24 hours, out of which 1,517 people were found infected taking the tally of positive cases to 966,007.
The country recorded a positivity rate of 3.27%. The last time the positivity rate was 3% was on June 17.
The tally of fatalities now stand at 22469 while 909525 people have recovered. Active cases are 34,013.
Only 3.5% of the population in the country has been vaccinated so far.
