In the modern age, diseases are rising at alarming there are various reasons but due to the comfortable lifestyle, many diseases are being formed. The past time people were very healthy because they move from one place to another place on their feet, therefore, they were healthy and strong. The tendency to walk is non-existent in our society. If someone walk we make his or her fun. Walking is one of the great way which prevents you from many major diseases and maintains your overall health some advantages are mentioned here, Increased cardiovascular and pulmonary (heart and lung) fitness, reduced risk of heart disease and stroke, improved management of conditions such as hypertension (high blood pressure), high cholesterol, joint and muscular pain or stiffness, and diabetes, stronger bones and improved balance, increased muscle strength and endurance and reduced body fat.Furthermore, In a day 30 minutes walk can improve or maintain your health and make you strong physically and mentally. At last, I beg you all please take care of your health and ensure walking and exercise which can protect you from many diseases.
