“We are committed to helping those who are refusing health literacy and health vaccines,” she said. Covid 19 misconceptions can be dispelled by making people accept vaccines and develop better solutions for people. Our entire team is working hard and excited to make the most of the results. The research phase of the project is in practice the discovery and context of misinformation, rumors and concerns about COVID-19 and the vaccination in the community. For this purpose, men and women living in the suburbs of Karachi and influential leaders, religious leaders, politicians, teachers, local doctors and youth have also been involved in this process. For research, we have selected Landhi Town area of ??Karachi where Literacy rates are extremely low and the city is a densely populated area with poor sanitation and poor access to health care services. As a result, the community faces high rates of transmission of vaccine-preventable diseases, as well as historically low immunization coverage. Lack of access to immunization professionals and their advice in Landhi Town is also weakening the society especially for spreading misinformation about vaccines.
