Yasir Khalil,
Climate change is a massive problem in Pakistan. It is expected to cause significant effects on the environment as well as the people in Pakistan. As the result, the climate of Pakistan is increasing at an extreme level over the past several decades as well as it is expected to continue in future. According to a report, from 1999 to 2018, still, Pakistan ranked 5th worst affected country in the term of extreme climate caused by climate change. Unfortunately, Pakistan suffered 500 climate change-related death as well as sustained economic losses of $3.8 billion due to more than 152 extreme weather events during these years. The government should take urgent steps regarding the prevention of climate change in Pakistan.
