DHEER KOT, (Parliament times) : The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Raja Muhammad Farooq Haider Khan has said over thirty thousand big and small developmental projects have been completed by the government to bring about a socio economic changes in the lives of the people of the state. Addressing public meetings at various places here on Tuesday, he said developmental funds were projected equally in all the constituencies of the state without any political considerations. He said infrastructure was developed and jobs were given on merit to the eligible educated youth. He said the PTI government in Pakistan is responsible for price hikes and the common man is leading a miserable life due to highly increased prices of daily commodities. He said PTI government in Pakistan is bent upon to stop the journey of progress and prosperity started by the government of Azad Kashmir for the socio economic uplift of the people of Azad Kashmir however; he made it clear that Muslim league (N) would complete developmental process with the massive support of the people of Azad Kashmir. Referring to the Kashmir issue, he said the Kashmiri living on both sides of the line of control are committed to resolve the Kashmir issue .He said an impartial plebiscite in line with the United Nations relevant resolutions is the only way to settle the long standing Kashmir dispute for establishing durable and lasting peace in the region. The Prime Minister highly appreciated the role of former Prime Minister of Pakistan Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif for extending generous financial assistance for the development of Azad Kashmir and enableld the government to complete mega developmental projects for welfare of the people of the state. He inaugurated various developmental projects in the area including construction of roads and bridges.
