Palestinian envoy appreciates PM Imran diplomatic efforts to bring to end ongoing Israeli aggression in Palestine


ISLAMABAD:   Palestinian Ambassador Ahmed Jawad Rabaei has called on Foreign Minister (FM) Shah Mehmood Qureshi here in foreign office and the two exchanged views on deteriorating law and order situation in Palestine in their meeting.

FM while condoling with the Palestinian ambassador over the martyrdoms of innocent Palestinians said we strongly condemn the Israeli aggression against the unarmed Palestinians. We are keeping contact with the important Muslim countries and international community to stop Israeli barbarity in Palestine.

He indicated that Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan has contacted Palestinian President Mehmood Abbas and foreign minister and assured them of Pakistan full support in their struggle.

FM informed Palestinian ambassador about his contacts with foreign ministers of different countries in connection with peaceful resolution of Palestinian issue in the light of UN resolutions and for stopping Israeli attacks in Palestine.

Palestinian ambassador expressed his gratitude for Pakistan’s unwavering support and steadfast policy on Palestine.
Talking to Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi in Islamabad on Monday, he appreciated Pakistan’s continuous efforts to engage the international community for protecting Palestine.
The Palestinian Ambassador apprised the Foreign Minister about the latest situation on ground, which is already dreadful due to COVID-19, and the ensuing humanitarian suffering.

He lauded the efforts being made by Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan and FM on diplomatic front for ending the ongoing Israeli aggression in Palestine and easing the tension.
