ISLAMABAD: As many as 161 people died and 3377 persons tested positive in the last 24 hours in the country Tuesday.
The graph of positive cases has declined. After one month the positive cases have been reported less than 4000.
As per National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) statistics on Tuesday the tally of fatalities has soared to 18,310 while total positive cases stand at 837523.
37587 tests were conducted and 3377 positive cases surfaced and this way positive cases ratio was recorded 8.9 percent
So far 306,929 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Punjab, 308,529 in Sindh, 286,521 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 22,664 in Balochistan, 76,492 in Islamabad, 17,397 in Azad Kashmir, and 5,330 in Gilgit-Baltistan
8,683 individuals have lost their lives to the pandemic in Punjab, 4,678 in Sindh, 3,423 in KP, 239 in Balochistan, 693 in Islamabad, 487 in Azad Kashmir, and 107 in GB.
5018 corona patients recovered on Tuesday steering the strength of recovered persons to 733062.
Number of active corona patients stand at 86151 and 5326 among them are stated to be in critical condition.
