Islamabad, (Parliament Times) : Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has started interviews to select suitable candidates for the party tickets in the upcoming general elections in Azad Kashmir. A meeting of the Parliamentary Board was held at Zardari House on Friday in which the party’s central leaders Syed Nayyar Hussain Bukhari, Raja Pervez Ashraf, Qamar-ul-Zaman Kaira, Chaudhry Latif Akbar, Chaudhry Abdul Majeed, Chaudhry Muhammad Yasin, Chaudhry Pervez Ashraf, Sardar Qamar-ul-Zaman, Faisal Mumtaz Rathore, Sardar Javed Ayub, Mian Abdul Waheed, Nabila Ayub, Chaudhry Fakhr-ul-Zaman and Amir Ghaffar Lone participated. While Faryal Talpur in charge of political affairs PPP Azad Kashmir remained present through the video link and Aamir Zeeshan Jral continued to conduct the session. The meeting interviewed 59 candidates for 9 seats of Muzaffarabad division. Candidates will be interviewed from Poonch Division on Saturday 24th April, Mirpur Division on Sunday 25th April and Jammu and Valley on Monday 26th April at 1.00 pm. The Parliamentary Board has directed all the candidates to appear for the interview in time and strictly abide by the Corona SOPs.
