William Shakespeare is a renowned playwright, actor, and widely regarded as the greatest writer in the English language and the world’s pre-eminent dramatist. He wrote wonderful plays and drama, Romeo and Juliet are one the plays which is worldly read work of Shakespeare. In Verona village, two families were living, one was a capulet and the other was Montague. These tribes were rivals to each other and used to fight with each other on pretty matters. Juliet belongs to the capulet family, while Romeo from the Montague family. Romeo has a best friend named Benvolio. Romeo’s first love was Roseline, unfortunately, she refused to accept his marriage proposal. One day, Romeo and his friend went to a party in the Couplet family. When Romeo saw beautiful Girl Juliet, he fell in love with her. Both swear to each other for their love, loyalty and face any hurdles that come their way. However, with the help of a nurse, Juliet escaped secretly from her home to marry Romeo. Although, no one was aware of marriage except the nurse and Romeo’s family. When Juliet’s father forced her to marry Paris. She refused but before her father could not do or say anything. Juliet never wants to marry Paris. Juliet’s last words were ” Good night! Good night! parting is such sweet sorrow, that I shall say good night till it is morrow”. After saying the last words she drank a sleeping potion to get rid of Paris and escape from that marriage. Friar Lawrence had given a sleeping potion to Juliet that everyone thinks that she is dead but she was alive. When Romeo came to her grave he thought she was dead so he poisoned himself and died whereas, when Juliet woke up she saw Romeo is dead and she stabbed herself. It is referred to as the greatest love story of all time or perhaps the most tragic. Romeo and Juliet sacrificed his life in the name of true love.
