ISLAMABAD:   Prime Minister Imran Khan has said he is surprised over not inviting Pakistan to the Climate Change Conference.
He tweeted Saturday “ his government’s environment policies are driven solely by commitment to our future generations of a clean and green Pakistan to mitigate the impact of climate change.
He said our initiatives include Green Pakistan, Ten Billion Tree Tsuanmi, nature based solutions, cleaning up rivers etcs. We have gained vast experience in seven years beginning with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He said our policies are being recognised and lauded. He said Pakistan is ready to help any state wanting to learn from our experience.

My government is taking steps already regarding climate change. We are heading on the path to mitigate the impact of climate change, he added. .
