Resumptions of trade with India is adding salt to injury in occupied Kashmir: Siraj Ul Haq

LAHORE: Amir Siraj-ul-Haq of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan (JIP) has said that 220 million people of Pakistan are supportive of Kashmiris. Ban Mati’s family in Islamabad should not salt Kashmiris’ wounds by talking about resumption of trade with India. He said that Narendra Modi is massacring humanity in the guise of authentic terrorist Hitler II and should appeal to the whole world for a boycott. “No minority, including Muslims, is safe inside India”, he added. He said that the Government of Pakistan’s deviation from national policy on Kashmir will be tantamount to disloyalty to the martyrs. The nation will not accept it. Nuclear Pakistan should not be made a laughing stock in the world. He said that it will be an honor in the world for the people of Azad Kashmir to make the candidates of Jamaat-e-Islami successful in the upcoming elections so that the dream of independence of Kashmir and establishment of Islamic welfare state can be realized. “Let the people of Azad Kashmir succeed the candidates of Jamaat-e-Islami in the coming elections, so that the dream of Kashmir’s independence and the establishment of an Islamic welfare state can be embarrassingly realized”. He expressed these views while talking to a delegation led by Amir Jamaat-e-Islami Gharbi Bagh and Assembly candidate Raja Khalid Mahmood Khan. Director Foreign Affairs of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Asif Luqman Qazi was also present on the occasion. Raja Khalid Mahmood Khan invited Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Siraj-ul-Haq to visit Gharbi Bagh. He further said that lasting peace depends on resolution of Kashmir issue. Kashmiris should be given the right to self-determination in accordance with UN resolutions so that they can decide their political future.
