Junk foods are very detrimental for our body; however, still people prefer to eat them with full of curiosity because of it’s scrumptious taste and easiness in making. To contrast, people eat junk food in spite of it’s hazardous long term side effects on our body. For example, taking fast food on daily bases increases the chances of obesity and contributes to chronic diseases like cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. It is my request to incumbent government to curb these restaurants where junk foods are made and give awareness to people about side effects of fast food so that they may avoid eating them.
